Our Commitment to you:

Everything is diligently designed and produced with care and attention to detail. We entrust that you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please return them within 10 working days of purchase, unused, and we will refund or exchange them for you. Goods returned, unless faulty, will be at the customers expense.

Delivery:

Stock permitting, all orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of payment received. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock we will notify you and dispatch as soon as it is back in stock.

Payment:

Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

Payment can be made by cheque or internet / telephone banking to our bank account.

We will only collect information provided by you for a dispatch and for the purpose of contact liason between Barleyboo Ltd and customer.
